“TDIC Projects”

My partner Sultan and I researched about bridgeway at zayed sports city. We talked about it briefly in a small presentation in class, mentioned some advantages and explained why it is the best. You can see our PowerPoint about its best features embedded below.

First I'm going to talk about the project I liked the most which was the desert islands. I liked it because strong efforts are doing on the desert islands project, also because they present the culmination of the rich natural heritage and eco-tourism vision of the UAE’s late President His Highness Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahya.
For example, in Sir Bani Yas Island there will be a 64-room, five-star property by the end of this year, orchard zone, a golf course residential community and so on. In Dalma Island there will be a new town centre with an archaeological museum, an interactive children’s learning experience and a tourism and hospitality school.

On the other hand I found Qasr Al Sarab is the least interesting project since it will held in a hot desert and it's hard to attract a lot of visitors even it would be perfect. In addition, there are few families who live in Liwa desert and the life there is a bit behind comparing with the other emirates.

Overall, Abu Dhabi will have a high jump in development after these projects done. Desert islands will change from sands areas to tourism places, bridgeway at zayed sports city will be a unique bridgeway in the middle east, saadiyat island will be really the "island of happiness" by 2018, even Liwa desert will be more better with Qasr Al Sarab project.
